The annhua.org website is created and owned by Ann-Hua Chinese School (Ann-Hua) to serve the interest of the community, specifically as it relates to the Chinese learning programs for children. As such, the appropriateness of content is of utmost importance.

To use our secure Online Application and Registration System, you must have a username and password. This allows your information to be saved each time you visit. If you do not already have a username and password, please click here and fill in our Online Registration.

A username and password will be emailed to you. You may change your username and password once you have successfully logged into the system. If you already have a username and password, please log in to register for classes and events. You may login as many times as you need to complete this application and to follow the application process.

We have adopted a philosophy that assumes the honesty and good intent of our subscribers, whereby asking you (the Member) to observe the following:

1. Member may not create or transmit offensive, obscene, or indecent document or images.
2. Member may not create or transmit material which is designed to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety.
3. Member may not create or transmit defamatory material.
4. Member may not transmit copyright material of another person or persons.
5. Member may not transmit unsolicited commercial or advertising material.
6. Member may not intentionally deface, destruct the website or breach its security in any way.
7. Member may not make unauthorized access to private information.
8. Member may not abuse, or make physical threats against, another person via e-mail, news or any other electronic media/service we provide.
9. Member may not forge e-mail or news postings (to include cancel messages, whether manual or automated).
10. Members may not "spam" people via email. This is defined as unsolicited (unwanted, unrequested) email, including but not limited to unauthenticated "virus alerts" and chain mails of any kind. If in doubt and especially if the message urges you to "pass it on", don't.

Ann-Hua reserves the right to monitor any or all network traffic at any time and for whatever reason at our sole discretion without notice.

In the event of a breach of this policy, Ann-Hua reserves the right to the following actions:

• issue warnings: written or verbal,
• suspend the Member's newsgroup posting privileges,
• suspend the Member's account,
• terminate the Member's account,
• bill the Member for administrative costs and/or reactivation charges,
• bring legal action to enjoin violations and/or to collect damages, if any, caused by violations.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) may be revised, without notice, at any time, at the sole discretion of the Administration Team of Ann-Hua Chinese School. Completion of the online registration form is deemed to be an agreement to the Terms and Conditions in this AUP.
