家长行为责任 

Policy Regarding Parents’ Responsibilities  

1. 家长应支持校方举办的各类教学活动。每位家长都有参与学校服务的义务。Parents should offer help during teaching activities and school events.
2. 家长要按时送学生到校上课，不得迟到。请家长将学生送到教室交给老师后方可离。为确保安全，下课后请及时将学生接回。若老师或校方职员发现未及时接走的学生，一律由老师或校方职员临时看护。超过10分钟未接走者，家长应支付校方每1分钟$1.00。It is a parent’s responsibility to escort students to the classroom on time. Parents should leave only after they have sent students to the teacher of the class. To ensure the safety of children, parents should pick up students on time after class. If teachers or the administration team members spot students that have not yet been picked up, they have the right to temporarily look after the students. If no one comes to pick up students 10 minutes after the end of the class, the student account may be charged at $1.00 per minute as a late fee.
3. 为确保孩子有一个安全的学习环境，家长应加强安全教育，教导孩子遵守校规，听从老师和校方职员指导。如发生意外，校方证明已尽到教育管理职责的，依法不承担责任。To ensure a safe learning environment, parents should emphasize safety issues with their children at home. Students should always follow school regulations and directions from teachers or other school staff. If the school has proof on fulfilling responsibilities on safety education and management, the school will be released from any liabilities in case of accidences.
4. 请遵守交通法规和学校的停车规定，不能随意趴车。 Please follow traffic regulations and the school’s parking instructions.
5. 除老师之外所有学生家长都有在课堂值班的义务。Each parent should take turns helping the teacher during each class session.  
6. 家长应提醒学生上课要认真听老师讲课，要尊重老师。Parents should remind students to listen carefully in class and show respect to the teacher.
7. 学生因故请假，家长应及时通知老师。In case of absence, parents shall inform the teacher in advance.
8. 家长在上课期间，未经老师允许不得在教室陪读。不得在教室附近大声喧哗。Parents should not sit in the classroom accompanying their children during class without the teacher’s permission. Parents shall also be quiet in the proximity of any classroom with an ongoing teaching session.
9. 家长应随时提醒学生不得在教室里吃食物，喝饮料。Parents shall remind their children not to eat food or drink beverages in the classroom.
10. 家长应密切保持与学校的配合和联络。学生上完课后，请家长按照教材中家庭作业的要求及时辅导学生完成作业，并在需要签字处签名. Parents shall collaborate with the school. Parents should guide students to finish their homework when help is requested. It is also the parent’s duty to sign their children’s homework when required.
11. 家长在校区内有义务帮助维持校区的安全和整洁, 遵守校区场地的规则, 不随手丢杂物, 不在教室内和附近喧哗, 不在校区内散发广告, 传单, 和贩卖物品, 不私自举办未经校方同意的活动或集会。 Parents have the obligations to maintain the school as a safe and clean learning center. They should abide by the regulations and policies. They should not shout in the classroom or the proximity of the classroom. They should not distribute posters, commercial ads, sell any items or hold private parties/events without permission from school. 
12. 若有火灾或其它紧急事故发生, 应遵从校方的指挥, 尽力协助。In the case of emergency, parents should follow the instructions from the school administration and offer help.
13. 家长每学期为学生注册时，应详细填写资料，以保证校方与家长联系时有正确的联络信息。若有任何变动，务必及时通知校方。Parents shall provide correct information when registering their children. The school will need to have the correct data for the purpose of communication. Parents should inform the school should any information regarding communication has changed.
14. 对屡次违反守则者，校方有权取消其子女的入学资格。The school reserves the right to refuse the admission of students whose parents have repeatedly violated this regulation.
15. 如发现问题，请先直接和老师或者学校相关人员沟通。If you find an issue from your kids, please report to your teacher or school staff directly.
