Course Description
Zumba 与 广场舞
多年在安华活动中心健身班带领大家健身的李晶老师与王岚老师今年首次将他们擅长的Zumba 与中国著名的广场舞带到安华中文学校的周日课程里。今年安华中文学校的几门家长健身、舞蹈课程都是为送小朋友们来学习安华周日课程的家长量身定制的, 欢迎家长选择参加。
Zumba部分
fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. You will achieve long term benefits while experiencing this one hour of calorie burning, body energizing, and awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate you. The routines feature interval training, using fast and slow rhythms to tone your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba. Who knew working out could be this much fun! No equipment needed for this part of the class.
○ No previous dance/dance fitness experience is needed.
○ Class rules: “Don’t know the move? Just shake it ‘til you make it!”
○ Please wear gym clothing and shoes.
○ Bring water, towel, and smiles.

Lan Wang Lan Wang Biography
王岚老师 - 有五年以上带领广场舞班的教学经验。带领广场舞班参加了安华中文学校组织的历届中秋及春节表演。
本人喜爱运动。除了广场舞以外, 还喜欢做瑜伽,练太极,打腰鼓。
李晶 Jing Li Biography
Jing has been a licensed Zumba instructor since 2019. She has taught Zumba at Meri Lou Murray Recreation Center, Ann Arbor YMCA, Crunch Fitness, and Ann Hua Recreation/Chinese School. During the pandemic, Jing and her colleague successfully hosted several free online Zumba classes aimed at helping people maintain their overall health and find support during challenging times. In the summer of 2022, Jing also represented the Ann Arbor YMCA to host several free community Zumba classes at Downtown Ann Arbor as part of the “Ann Arbor Summer Streets” program.
Jing loves teaching Zumba classes and enjoys incorporating various dance forms into her classes. She is energetic and makes everyone in her class feel welcome. Jing believes that beyond its physical benefits, Zumba has mood-boosting effects, as the lively music and supportive atmosphere create a positive and motivating environment. Regular participation in Zumba classes can reduce stress levels, enhance mental well-being, and boost self-confidence. Jing will help participants achieve their fitness goals while enjoying the journey towards a healthier life.
